Enforced Blog Hiatus

Hola.

You may or may not have noticed that I haven't posted for a while. This is due to the fact that we will be finally moving house soon and our place is currently bedlam. Boxes everywhere and trying to live day by day while waiting for a moving date. I thought it would be this weekend, but it looks more likely to be next now due to bits of paper not arriving at solicitors and so forth.

Quite frankly, this has been one of the most stressful times me and the family have been through and while lessons have been learnt, I will approach moving house next time better equipped mentally. I'm sorry I haven't been around to check in on your posts and comment, and once we are in the new place and internets are up and running, I'll be back on it like no ones business.

Take care, big love,

W.

  1. Moving is always stressful especially with family. Take the time you need to get settled in your new place. We'll be here when you get back. Good luck!

  2. Don't add unnecessary stress upon current stress, not needed buddy. As Elise says, we're not going anywhere - so chill, get done what needs to be done, settle down, calm yourself, relax, THEN think about the blog stuff. It's not important compared to everything else in your life. And if you don't follow these simple suggestions, a certain photoshop adjusted image of your likeness might just find its way onto my blog ;)

  3. Moving house is stressful! I know that soooooo well!
I've done it twice and vow never to do it again (if I can help it...)
So take all the time you need... as Elise and Mark commented above, we'll be around...

  5. Your absence in the flash fiction world has been noticed, Wayne, so I'm going to ensure you check in and start writing again when things calm down.

Wishing you and your family the best of luck through the move. It can be crazy but you'll be starting the new year with everything to look forward to.

    Merry Christmas Wayne!
